  • A Finnish sauna has some differences from a Russian bathhouse. It maintains a temperature of 110 degrees, but thanks to the dry air
    and the walls covered with natural linden, staying here is very comfortable.

  • Hammam in common parlance or Turkish bath will be useful due to its low temperature and one hundred percent humidity.   • The Moroccan bath - also called "mud", is a type of hamam; the temperature here is slightly lower, and the air is just as humid.
    A visit will increase the effectiveness of massage treatments by 15 - 20%. Here you can independently apply applications of blue clay, mud and brine to your body.
