More than 40 years ago

In 1978, a building was built on Gagarin Street. It was conceived as a hotel that would set a new level of comfort. The first restaurant in the village, named Shoria, was also opened there.

In 2023, the establishment found a new lease of life: the design was updated, the concept from a restaurant changed to a gastropub.

There is an amazingly varied cuisine and a wide selection of drinks. Shoria X combines two concepts - gastronomic delights and a pub - into one.

A place where it is delicious, voluminous and varied. You definitely won't leave hungry, we guarantee it. The menu includes dishes from traditional Shor cuisine to popular mind-blowing burgers.

The concept of "craft" has entered our lives not so long ago - it is a drink that is produced by private breweries in small batches according to their own traditional recipes. You can accent the evening with a drink, and with this develop a culture of consumption.

The gastropub Shoria X offers the widest possible palette from proven breweries and cideries: Gletcher Brewery, Jaws Brewery, Brewlok, Panzer Brewery, Dalnyaya Dacha, Mjolnir. You will be pleased with the choice of craft beer, cider, mead, local liqueurs from the bartender and, of course, classic cocktails.

Cuisine with an emphasis on taste - this is how we would describe the gastropub menu. The chef is constantly searching for gastronomic consonances. He thinks not only about the dish itself, but also how it will be combined with drinks. The waiters will definitely recommend what to pair this or that menu item with to make it most interesting.

We've tried a lot and recommend what stole our hearts.

To drink:

• Milk of Amnesia is an unfiltered beer drink with a bright fruity-citrus taste and creamy aroma. This ale has a long, pleasant aftertaste with a hint of hops. It pairs perfectly with hard cheeses.

• Tomato Gose is a drink that contains an ingredient that is completely untypical for beer - tomatoes. It will bring you back to life after a wild party, which is a must-have for Sheregesh!

To eat:

• Maral steak with mashed potatoes, fern and lingonberry sauce. Just what you need to replenish your energy after a long day of skating!

• Draniki with trout and poached egg. The editors are delighted: we are ready to use this dish for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Tom Yam soup. Visually bright, warming from the inside. We never thought that we would try the best Tom Yam in our lives in the snowy winter in Geshe.
