NEW one-story guest house ULYANA is located in the lower part of Sheregesh village.

On the territory there is ONE guest house and the owners' house. A mountain river runs next to the house. All infrastructure and access to the main paved road to Zelenaya Mountain (3 km) are within walking distance, 5 minutes by car. Nearby there are excellent bathhouses with a pool and plunge pool.

The house accommodates 2 to 6 people: 4 main beds (2 bedrooms) + 2 extra beds (sofa in the living room), a folding bed 900*200 for the 7th guest with an additional charge of 2000 rub per day.

Booking is possible with a prepayment for 1 day of stay.
In case of cancellation less than 3 weeks before arrival, the prepayment is non-refundable.

Other check-in hours are possible by prior arrangement. WE WILL HELP make your vacation even more COMFORTABLE!! Save you from queues in stores, BUY NECESSARY PRODUCTS, DELIVER THEM TO THE HOUSE BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL.

Upon arrival, you must have: passport for concluding a rental agreement, a deposit of 7000 rubles. The deposit is returned after cleaning the house within 3 hours!

☝️ RENTAL PERIOD: at least 2 days, booking for 1 night is possible if there are free windows, check.

For safety and comfort, SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the house!!! (there is a terrace for this)
The house is not rented for noisy parties!!!
