Development of Sector E

Development of the territories in Sheregesh is necessary to maintain the status of the resort. Sector E takes on the difficult task of maintaining the balance of nature and development, as a result of which tourists will be able to have a pleasant rest surrounded by forest and receive decent service.

The goal of the resort is to provide adults and children with world-class tourism service in the heart of Siberia. Indeed, Sheregesh is visited by more and more capital guests, people travel and develop their sightseeing skills, and at this stage it is difficult to satisfy all the needs of tourists. Therefore, adapting to the target audience, Sector E has developed a development plan, which will allow the resort to be presented with dignity at the world level.

New highway

A three-lane road 2.5 km long will be built on the approach to the resort. Lighting and pedestrian areas on both sides will ensure safety.

New trails

In the period 2023-2025, it is planned to introduce 10 km of trails and 2 cable cars. In December 2023, a new cable car to Mount Asyr, consisting of 11 supports and 109 chairs, was ceremoniously opened.

Tourist zone

Today, the resort's hotel zone is represented by the Taygara hotel: 10 glampings, 10 barnhouses, 29 bungalows and 13 igloos. The hotel complex can accommodate up to 180 guests. The plans include creating a tourist zone with all the amenities: a thermal complex, an embankment, a park, shops, and cafes. It is also planned to diversify the housing stock: build a 4-star hotel, townhouses, apartments and chalets.

Restaurant Complex

Currently, Sector E lacks a "center of attraction", which used to be "Montana". The new development plan includes the construction of a full-fledged restaurant complex, which will satisfy the various needs of guests: a food hall or a bar for a quick snack and a restaurant on the 2nd floor with a more relaxed atmosphere. While the restaurateur complex is being designed, a new a la carte restaurant with 80 seats will be launched in the 2023-2024 season.

The implementation of the above plans will attract even more guests to the resort, increasing the tourist flow to Sheregesh, which will make this place even more progressive.
