New large-scale tourist complex Altyn Shor to appear in Sheregesh

Sheregesh resort continues active development: in 2025, SDS-Stroy company begins construction of large tourist complex Altyn Shor in sector F. Total investment in the project will be 35 billion rubles. Work start was announced by Altyn Shor specialized developer CEO Sergey Anishchenko at StroimSibir-2035 forum in Kemerovo. What will be included in the new complex? The project provides for creation of modern year-round premium infrastructure: Accommodation: Construction of guest houses, 4-star hotel for 250 rooms and luxurious 5-star hotel for 100 rooms is planned. Infrastructure: Restaurants, business spaces, bath gallery and spa complex with unique outdoor pool will work for guests. Social significance: Part of the project will be rehabilitation center for SVO participants for 100 places. Transport accessibility: Slope infrastructure will be strengthened with new lifts - bugel (capacity 300 people/hour) and gondola road (2400 people/hour), as well as travelator. Adjusted investment volume compared to initial 2023 estimate (45 billion rubles) is related to detailed project development after signing comprehensive territory development agreement. Sheregesh confidently moves to world-class resort status, and Altyn Shor project will become one of key steps on this path.
