New world-class hotel complex to appear in Sheregesh

At PMEF-2025, a strategic agreement was signed between the Kuzbass Government and JSC Siberian Mining and Metallurgical Company (SGMK) on the construction of a multifunctional hotel complex in Sheregesh. Investments will amount to 25 billion rubles, which will create 500 new jobs and strengthen the resort position as a leading year-round destination in Russia. Alpine style and innovations The complex is inspired by the concept of a modern alpine village and will offer guests: ✔ Ski-In/Ski-Out restaurant with direct access to the slopes ✔ Rotating lounge tower with 360° panoramic view ✔ Eco-friendly solutions and smart technologies Accessible comfort for all The project is designed for 1,500 guests and combines secluded areas with public spaces. This is an ideal solution for families, companies and active recreation enthusiasts. Construction start is scheduled for 2026 using materials from Kuzbass manufacturers.
